The Pollen Police Process
Assessment
Our experienced team will collect samples from your space ranging from air to dust, conduct visual/olfactory investigation, and interview you. We send samples to the lab for quantification. Data collected is used to generate an allergen reduction plan of action.
If you aren’t quite sure what could be causing your allergy symptoms, we will use the interview process to guide sampling procedures. Allergen sampling can be completed in conjunction with mold assessment.
System Improvements
Your personalized allergen reduction plan will include household improvements that work around the clock to minimize allergen exposure.
Our recommendations may range from HVAC additions to pet shampoo and are tailored to help meet your goals. Our promise to you is that we will never suggest a product that we have not personally tested in our own homes.
Routine Maintenance
Our team of sanitation professionals are trained to clean homes with allergens in mind. We always remove and neutralize allergens with kid and pet friendly products. Maintenance of any recommended system improvements is part of our job.
